Warranty
The "Power Train"
car warranty coverage plan covers only specific
components listed in the agreement. This is a
name component policy and protects the vehicle's
major components and systems. With the Power Train
Car
(drivetrain) warranty coverage plan, all labor and
parts are covered for any failure or breakdown of
your vehicle's
power-train. The Power Train Car warranty coverage
plan provides you with comprehensive coverage for
the most
costly vehicle drivetrain repairs.

What's Covered?
The list of components covered by the power-train
warranty coverage plan includes the following:

Engine
All internally lubricated
parts including: pistons, piston rings, piston pins,
crankshaft and main bearings,
connecting rods and bearings, camshaft and bearings,
timing chain or belt, timing gears, intake and exhaust
valves, valve springs, valve guides, oil pump, push
rods, rocker arms, rocker arm shafts, hydraulic
and solid lifters.
The engine block and heads are also covered if damage
is caused by a failure of any of the above covered
components. Water pump impeller shaft; bearings;
bushings and housing. Internal parts of turbo charger
supercharger including: vanes; shafts; bearings
and housing if damage is caused by a failure of
a covered
component.

Transmission
All internal parts; torque
converter; Does not include clutch assembly; pressure
plate; flywheel; throw out
bearing; worn synchronizers; cables or electrical
items. The case is also covered if damage is caused
by a Failure
of any of the above covered items.

Drive Axle
All lubricated internal parts contained within the
housings. Axle shafts. Differential housing, transaxle
housing &
final drive housing.

Seals & Gaskets
Seals and Gaskets are replaced only as part of repair
or replacement of the above covered components.
Leaking
gaskets or seals are not covered.

Transferable If
you sell your vehicle, your plan is transferable
to the new owner, which enhances the resale value
and is an excellent incentive to a potential buyer.
What's
Not Covered?
The list of excluded components
not covered by the power-train warranty plan includes,
but is not limited to the
following:

Batteries, Body
and Trim Items
Including adhesives, fasteners, buttons, canvas,
vinyl or fabric tops, frame, glass and sheet metal.

Body Damage and
Noises
Including water leaks, weather strips, rust damage,
rattles, squeaks and wind noises.

Scheduled Maintenance,
Adjustments and Wear Items
Including drums and rotors, exhaust system, friction
materials, hoses and v-style belts, light bulbs,
manual/
hydraulic clutch assembly, trim. All maintenance
service and items such as alignments, engine tune-ups,
brake
pads, linings and shoes, filters, spark plugs and
wires, tires, wheel balancing and wiper blades.

Miscellaneous Items
and Circumstances
Includes satellite systems, external compact disc
changers, shop supplies, a breakdown caused by collision,
fire,
theft, freezing, overheating, electrical fire or
meltdown, vandalism, flood, any hazard insurable
under standard
damage insurance policies (regardless if it's in
force or not), hazardous waste removal. Any transportation
costs to
California Supersport Auto facility
Disclosures:
I. All Warranty repairs has to be performed at California
Supersport Auto facility only
II. Deductible of $250 will be applied to any or
all repairs |
